Attorneys From Austin’s Weisbart Springer Hayes Named Again To List Of Texas Super Lawyers
By Weisbart Springer Hayes
AUSTIN, Texas – The founding partners of the Austin law firm Weisbart Springer Hayes LLP are being recognized again as three of the state’s top attorneys in the recently published 2015 Texas Super Lawyers list.
Geoffrey D. Weisbart, Julie A. Springer and Sherrard “Butch” Hayes have each earned multiple, consecutive selections to the list since its creation in 2003.
Mr. Weisbart represents both defendants and plaintiffs in a wide range of business-related disputes, providing clients with extensive experience in class action, aviation, employment, and business litigation matters during the past 25 years.
Ms. Springer has extensive experience representing clients in all types of civil matters and employment disputes in state and federal courtrooms in Texas and throughout the U.S. She is one of the few attorneys in Texas to be Board Certified in both Labor and Employment Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Hayes handles complex commercial litigation in legal jurisdictions across the nation, successfully trying a range of cases in Texas state and federal courts involving high-stakes business, technology and employment matters.
“This is another well-deserved accolade for Geoff, Julie, and Butch, and a testament to the high level of service they provide to their clients, and the wonderful reputation they have among other top lawyers in the state,” said partner Tim Cleveland.
The Texas Super Lawyers list is published in the October 2015 issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines, and is available online at http://www.superlawyers.com.
Thomson Reuters researchers compile the list based on nominations solicited from more than 70,000 practicing lawyers in Texas. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys assists with final selections, and less than 5 percent of all Texas lawyers earn the honor each year.
