Mia is a fourth-generation trial lawyer. Her litigation training started a young age. She spent her summers working in a small-town litigation office starting in junior high. She also worked her way through law school, often skipping class to attend depositions and hearings, fascinated by the real-life puzzle of business litigation.

Today, Mia has a diverse practice with a focus on business disputes of all types. Her clients range from individuals and small businesses, up to Fortune 500 companies. Mia’s clients consistently praise her attention to detail, her focus on learning her client’s business and case, as well as her ability to obtain the information required to reach resolution of their dispute. Mia is particularly adept at fact-finding, strategy, and courtroom advocacy. Mia takes a common-sense approach to facts and evidence that resonates with judges, juries and colleagues alike.

Outside the Office

Mia and her husband, Hunter, live in Austin with their two busy toddlers. Mia is an avid Longhorn fan. While in college, Mia cheered on the field during two national championship games. When she’s not at work, she can be found spending time with her family, watching Longhorn football, or restoring a 19th century home in the small, Central Texas town where she and Hunter grew up.
