Rachel Mathisen focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment disputes. Rachel has successfully litigated claims involving contractual disputes, partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, as well as an array of employment issues including breach of restrictive covenants, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and wage and hour collective actions.
Rachel earned her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Notes Editor of The Review of Litigation and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC in Austin, and Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP in Dallas.
