Danielle Hatchitt Named Firm Partner

Weisbart Springer Hayes LLP is pleased to announce that trial lawyer Danielle Hatchitt has been named a partner in the firm.
Ms. Hatchitt represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes involving real estate, entitlement and municipal law issues, partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property protection, breach of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and other general employment claims, including discrimination and harassment. Ms. Hatchitt also has extensive experience in Title IX litigation. Her experience includes proceedings before the Fifth Circuit and Texas Supreme Court.
“Dani has been a key member of our team since joining us in 2017, and this is an acknowledgment of her skills and dedication in guiding our clients through a wide range of trials, arbitrations and appeals,” says the firm’s Geoff Weisbart.
Selected to the list of Texas Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters for the past five years, she earned her law degree from Baylor Law School with high honors and was a member of the Baylor Law Review. Ms. Hatchitt earned her undergraduate degree with high honors from Texas A&M University in 2008. Danielle and her husband, James, also an attorney, are the proud parents of three children.
She is a Fellow of the Austin Bar Foundation and a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association and Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association.
