In honor of Women’s History Month, partner Julie Springer authored a column for Texas Lawbook, reflecting on her remarkable journey from Baylor University to co-founding her own firm.

Encountering the familiar barriers of a male-dominated legal industry, Julie navigated those barriers, which included clubs and courtroom biases. Despite the added challenges of balancing career and motherhood, Julie’s resilience never wavered.

“I am honored by the women who came before me, and my goal is to provide opportunities for the young women in my firm and encourage them to never accept the status quo if it inhibits their opportunities.”
